Purchased in 2013, spent $35,000+ in upgrades over a seven year period (excluding slip fees, insurance, property tax and general maintenance)

Extensive restoration efforts completed by current owner. Includes large sail inventory: spare main, multiple hank-on headsails including a self-tacking storm jib and spinnaker. Recent bottom, topside & interior paint. Very dry cabin & bilge, zero leaks! Perfect bay sloop for a traditional sailor, school or club. Only for sale due to inheriting another vessel. Potentially transferable slip, though extremely exposed to northerlies (live aboard status not available).

  • New aluminum spreaders (currently wood, one compromised)

  • Gelcoat repair on bow and transom edge

  • Re-weld cracked edge of exhaust fitting on transom

  • Check air vent for head (necessary to bend/reseal?)

  • Install bow roller & manual windlass

  • Heavier (secondary) anchor

  • Apply new nonskid paint to decks

  • Purchase smaller propane tank & mount
